Hello, I am new to this field and have created a critical equipment sheet. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a look at it and provide me with some feedback or advice for possible improvements. Thank you in advance. Attached is the file for your review: critical_equipment.xls (14 KB, 1 version).
If you're having trouble opening your Excel sheet, please inform us if you're using any unique plugins or add-ons. This will allow us to examine your file, even if we don't have any helpful advice to offer.
Could you clarify the purpose and functionality of these sheets? Do you input numbers and have the sheet generate rankings for you?
I apologize for being busy yesterday. I will be uploading the Excel file as a PDF. The document contains information on the 3 main equipment risks. The accompanying file provides a breakdown of the risk categories, with colors ranging from critical (red) to uncritical (green). I am unsure if the current categories are comprehensive for this analysis. Thank you.
Hey there, welcome to the field! I've looked over your critical equipment sheet and you've done a really good job for being new. I'd suggest adding a column for maintenance frequency though, as it's important to keep track of how often each piece of equipment needs servicing. Also, specifying the manufacturer could be helpful in case there are manufacturer-specific issues down the line. Keep up the good work!
