Are you experiencing any issues in the system console logs? Is this problem occurring across all applications or only in the Dryer Main application? Is it happening in all windows within Dryer Main or just a specific one? Uncovering the root cause of these errors can help resolve them effectively.

Hey Rob, I don't have SMC, but I do have the Operation console. I've included a picture for reference. This issue occurs across all applications and affects all windows in Canva, not just the Dryer main screen. When interacting with objects in Canva, the window maker crashes, and no errors are logged in the console.

When developing a new application, test its stability by adding a window to see if it functions without crashing. If it does crash, consider contacting Aveva for assistance. If the window addition is successful, experiment with exporting and importing the tag database from an existing application into the new one. You can also transfer windows from other applications to enhance the new app's functionality.

Recently opened the demo application only to experience it crashing unexpectedly.

After launching their demo application, it unexpectedly crashed. It may be worth contacting Aveva for support or attempting to reinstall the Wonderware software. This issue could be caused by a corrupted DLL file. If you are experiencing similar problems, reach out to Aveva for assistance.

Hey there! I checked out your recording and it indeed seems like an odd issue. Based on my experience with similar software performance problems, I suspect that there may be a conflict between the software and the specific function of Canva that you are trying to use. Try updating both programs to their latest versions and see if the issue persists. Also, make sure your system meets the minimum requirements needed to run both applications simultaneously. Definitely keep us posted, so we can further assist if needed.

Hey there, I just had a look at the recording you posted. It could be an issue with your system compatibility or maybe some kind of runtime error. Try updating the software, and if that doesn't help, reinstalling might be a solution. Also, make sure your system's specifications meet the software requirements. If the problem persists, reach out to the software's customer support - they're usually quite helpful. Hope this aids you in resolving your problem!

Hey there, it sounds like a frustrating glitch you've encountered. I experienced something similar a while back and discovered it was due to conflicting actions with a secondary monitor. You might want to check your display settings and application priorities. Of course, it could also be a bug, in which case, the best course of action would be to report it directly to Canva's support team along with the video you posted. They should be able to guide you through resolving the issue.
