Unfortunately, I do not have a backup of the program. How can I connect to the old unit to retrieve the program? I own a 1747-UIC, but I am unable to locate it in Linx or Panel Builder. I am unsure whether my serial cable is a straight-through or crossover type, and which one is needed for the connection. Could someone please provide assistance? Additionally, I have seen recommendations for using a memory card, but I do not have one or the necessary readers.
