Hello, my name is Daryl Mather. I am currently leading a team in conducting a thorough analysis of the state of RCM. This review will explore both its successes and failures, as well as its current adoption rate. I am seeking individuals in this forum who would like to contribute to this project through sharing case studies, lessons learned, and recommendations for best practices. Whether you have achieved great results or faced challenges, your input is valuable. I am specifically keen on hearing from non-consultants as I am already a consultant myself. Please note that certain information shared may be published with permission, ensuring accurate representation. If you are interested in participating, please reach out to me at darylm@klaron.net. Thank you, Daryl.

The ongoing process includes: - Three workshops and seminars across Latin America - Two workshop days in the UK with infrastructure industry leaders - Input from high-level figures around the world via a written questionnaire - Limited web-based surveys to maintain project integrity - Deep discussions on email forums unrelated to general maintenance sites. Despite distractions from personal issues, the report will be completed in due time. Analysis and comparative studies are ongoing and benefiting participants. Unexpected conclusions have emerged from this fascinating project, which has been both challenging and rewarding. Thank you.

I've both success stories and faced challenges along the way, so I believe my insights could add value to your analysis. Expect an email from me shortly. Cheers!
Hi Daryl, it sounds like an important project! I’d love to contribute some insights from my experience working on RCM initiatives in-house. We faced some hurdles with stakeholder engagement early on, but we learned a lot about tailored communication strategies that really turned things around. I’ll shoot you an email shortly with more details. Looking forward to collaborating!
Hi Daryl, it's great to see someone taking initiative on such an important topic! I’d be happy to share my experiences with RCM. We've had some successes in streamlining our processes but also faced challenges with staff buy-in during implementation. I think the lessons learned from both sides could be really beneficial for your analysis. I’ll reach out to you via email to discuss this further. Looking forward to contributing!
