I am currently experiencing a critical error (id:3) with my HMI Cmt 2079x when trying to download my program. This issue is prompting me to contact customer service for assistance. Can anyone offer guidance or support in resolving this matter?

Today, I successfully resolved the issue by following these steps: 1. Change the Windows language to Chinese 2. Ensure that language settings for non-Unicode supported apps are set to Chinese 3. Install Easybuilder Pro in Chinese language during the installation process. Currently, I am working on my project in English using the Chinese version of EasyBuilder Pro on a Windows system set to English. Even though the EBP version includes Chinese models, I chose the English option during installation in a different directory. Whenever I need to work on the Chinese-installed EBP, I simply switch the Windows language and access the project to recompile it. This method has been tested and proven effective in resolving the error. There are no other workarounds to fix this issue.

If that doesn't work, you might need to update your software or ultimately get in touch with customer service.
