How to Automatically Create Work Orders from Imported CSV Files in MP2

Greetings, we are considering utilizing a mobile app for our maintenance team. Currently, I have set up a Memento database that can be used by maintenance supervisors to monitor field work. Memento allows for easy exporting to a CSV file format. I have noticed in MP2 that there is an option to import CSV files (under tools > utilities > import tables). However, it appears that these imported tables are only relevant for inventory and equipment management. Is there a method to import a table and automatically create work orders from it? Creating work orders in MP2 cannot be done through the interface - it must be directly done in the database. Additionally, the MP2 barcoding table for handheld devices does not have a transaction dedicated to creating work orders.
