If you need a v11 .MER file, you can generate one by using the Application Manager and Restore Runtime. Currently working on retrieving a Virtual Machine with FTV v11, but it may take some time before it's fully prepared. Keep an eye out for the Google Drive folder containing the v11 .MER file.
