In order to access the files, I had to contact tech support as they were somewhat hidden. Even after discussing the issue, they had to upload them to a fileshare for me to obtain. Although I now have the files, their size (16MB) makes it inconvenient to attach them due to their extensive features.
If you are having trouble getting this to work, you may want to consider opting for the ANC-100e instead.
