Has anyone successfully connected an S7-300 PLC with Phoenix Visu before? I am currently working with a 317-2DP PLC, and I have connected the MPI port to my laptop using a USB-MPI Adapter. Despite setting up the communication driver, I am unable to locate the serial communication settings in the device manager. Can anyone provide guidance on where to find these serial settings? I have also included images of my current settings for reference.
Based on the station properties screenshot, it seems that the Phoenix driver exclusively works with a serial PC Adapter, rather than a USB PC Adapter.

Just a heads up: When using a serial PC Adapter, it requires a genuine serial port on your PC. A USB-to-RS232 converter is not compatible for this purpose.
JesperMP noted that a real serial port is required for the serial PC Adapter to function properly on a PC. Using a USB-to-RS232 converter will not be effective. I will give this method a try and provide an update here.
