Lenze 9400 HighLine VFD stuck in booting/connection loop with EZAEBK1001 Keypad issue

Question:

Hello everyone, I am experiencing an endless "booting/connection" sequence on my Lenze 9400 HighLine VFD. The EZAEBK1001 Keypad is displaying a "question mark" when attempting to connect to the drive. Unfortunately, I do not have diagnostic modules such as Lecom A/B. The keypad functions properly as tested on a different Lenze VFD. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Additionally, it is worth noting that the "USER" LED is currently flashing.

That "question mark" typically surfaces when communication fails between the drive and the keypad. Since you've already checked your keypad on another drive and confirmed it's not the issue, then the problem likely lies with the HighLine drive itself. Try resetting your drive to factory settings. You might also want to inspect the cables and connections for any physical damage or loose parts. If the issue persists, consider reaching out to a Lenze-certified technician or their customer support to help diagnose the problem.
