Powerflex 525 Drives: Compatibility Between No Filter (104) and With Filter (114) Explained for CCW Software

Question:

Subject: Clarification Needed on Drive Compatibility for Panel Build Good Afternoon, I prefer to standardize all spare drives used in the plant for consistency. Currently, I am working on a project and, although I ordered my drives a few months ago, I have just begun constructing my control panel. I realized that I mistakenly ordered the wrong model number for one of the drives. Specifically, I ordered the Powerflex 525 5 HP models: 25B-D010N104 (without filter) and 25B-D010N114 (with filter). My question is regarding compatibility: If I need to swap the 104 model for the 114 (the one with a filter), will the Control Config software (CCW) recognize this as a mismatch and prevent me from loading the parameters? Conversely, if I were to do the opposite, would it overlook this difference as a minor detail? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I’m currently working on a project, but after placing my order for drives several months ago, I’ve started assembling my panel. I’ve realized that I mistakenly ordered the incorrect drive numbers. For instance, I ordered the PowerFlex 525, model 5 HP, with the part numbers 25B-D010N104 (No Filter) and 25B-D010N114 (With Filter). My question is: if I need to replace a 104 with a 114 (With Filter), will CCW recognize this as a mismatch and prevent me from loading the parameters? Alternatively, will it see this as a minor issue and allow me to proceed? Thank you in advance!" To clarify: there are no differences in parameters or firmware between the filtered and unfiltered versions.
