I am in need of a Dew point sensor for compressed air that is compatible with I/O Link or EtherNet IP Connection. While I have come across a potential option at https://www.suto-itec.com/en/produc...ensor-for-compressed-air-and-gases-60-50-c-td, I am specifically searching for a sensor from a US-based supplier. Can anyone recommend a reliable Dew point sensor for compressed air that meets these requirements?
Have you explored the benefits of using Vaisala products?
Thank you for getting back to me. I have indeed checked, and it seems that only analog output is available from the devices. The device I linked is the only networked option I have found so far. While there are some Modbus options available, I have access to I/O link and Ethernet IP in my application's vicinity. Additionally, there is a Point I/O rack nearby where I can add an analog slice if necessary.

I'd recommend reaching out to Vaisala. They are a US-based company known for reliable humidity and dew point sensors, and they have global certifications, hence their products are compatible with various connections including I/O Link and EtherNet IP. They may have what exactly you are looking for. Just give them a shout and express your specific requirements.
You might want to check out Vaisala's DMT340 Series. It's a reliable Dew point sensor for compressed air. It's a US-based company and their offerings come with solid after-sale services too. According to their product spec sheet, it supports Ethernet IP connection. I've used their sensors in a couple of my projects and they've held up quite well. However, I'd recommend reaching out to their sales team for specifics regarding I/O Link compatibility.
