Hello everyone, I’m seeking assistance with connecting to an operator interface, specifically the SOI-250-AB-120A-16K-485, via the serial port on my computer. I currently have a 2707-NC5 cable that converts RS 422/RS232 for Spectrum Controls. Although I possess the necessary programming software, which is the SOI-SPS programmer and loader for the SOI-100/200 series, version 3.0, I’m encountering issues. The error message indicates that the SPS version does not support the required protocol. Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

COM port (RS-485) and 2. Printer port (RS-232). Does your display also have these two ports? Is it the A2 series? Additionally, I downloaded the V3 software from SOI-SPS, but I haven’t been able to get it to work. Do you happen to have the manual for this display? I only found the SOI-260 guide, which only shows the SW1 setting, but not the SW2, suggesting that it might be an updated version.
