Greetings, everyone! We are currently developing a water station utilizing the Schneider M340 PLC and need to establish communication with a Honeywell DCS system. Our objective is for the DCS to read variable data from the PLC. We have integrated an Ethernet module (BMX NOE 0.100) and configured the IP address; however, the DCS indicates that the variables are offline. Any insights on troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated!
It seems that the Distributed Control System (DCS) is attempting to retrieve data through Modbus TCP. How have you configured the data parameters you wish to access within the DCS? Do you possess the appropriate variable tags and their corresponding addresses within Unity? Have you experimented with a Modbus client on your PC to verify if the PLC data is accessible?
