Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues Between CP 1242-7 V2 GPRS and Telecontrol Server: A Step-by-Step Guide

Question:

Subject: Troubleshooting Connection Issues Between CP 1242-7 V2 GPRS and Telecontrol Server Hello everyone, I am currently experiencing connectivity problems between my CP 1242-7 v2 GPRS device and the Telecontrol server. While SMS communication functions without any issues, I cannot establish a connection over the mobile network. Here's what I have done so far to resolve the issue: - My PC has a static IP address configured. - I have forwarded several ports on my router to the PC: 26860, 26861, 26862, 26864, and 55097. After checking, it appears that only port 55097 is open, which I believe is sufficient for connectivity. - I have entered my external IP address as the partner IP station address in the CP hardware configuration. - I installed the Configuration and Monitoring Tool (CMT) on my PC. - I added the station to CMT, but I am still unable to establish a connection. Could I have overlooked something, or is there a specific step I should take to resolve this issue? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!
