I am facing a challenge with the software as the configuration tab is missing when trying to set up the analog inputs on the IF4 analog out card in Studio 5000. Despite checking for faults and ensuring that the card status is okay, the tab remains absent. I have even downloaded the necessary software from the RS compatibility/downloads site for the 1769-IF4. I have attempted to troubleshoot by removing and re-adding the module, but to no avail. It seems that the Lite version of Studio 5000 being used by the trainees may be causing this difference, or perhaps there is an additional profile or software required for configuration. Can someone provide guidance on this issue?

I am encountering an issue where the configuration tab is not appearing for someone using Studio 5000 Logix Designer when they right-click on the analog module and access the properties (refer to the blue arrow). Despite having it on my end, I have downloaded and installed all relevant software from Rockwell Automation for the card, but they are still missing this essential tab. Can anyone shed light on why this may be happening?
