Hello, does anyone have experience with Mitsubishi PLCs? I am currently working with an A960GOT HMI and when I power it up, it displays an error message saying "system is wired incorrectly! Please change phase sequence!" This is my first time working with Mitsubishi production equipment. I have confirmed that the power input is 120Vac. I am unsure of the next steps to take. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Based on my assumption, the message likely pertains to the communication cable rather than the power supply, given that the device powered on successfully without any issues. The manual outlines various RS232 configurations based on the model and intended use.
Thank you for your response. I have verified the RS422 communication cable connections, specifically SDA, SDB, RDA, and RDB, which all appear to be in good condition. The PLC CPU being used is an A2Ascpu. I am in need of assistance on how to set up HMI displays properly for the first time. Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated!
Is it necessary to install a resistor at the termination point of a computer link module?
