Troubleshooting PowerFlex 753 Ethernet Connection Issue with 20-750-ENETR

Question:

Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue with my VFD. I am able to view the PowerFlex in Connected Components Workbench (CCW) and with RSLinx, I am able to establish a connection with CCW and everything appears to be functioning properly. However, when I try to upload the parameters using the Add-On Profile (AOP), the status in the tree only shows "Validating" and I am not seeing the PowerFlex status in the Tags. I am uncertain if the issue lies with the 20-750-ENETR, as I am able to connect with other software. My setup includes a 1756-L82E controller v32.11. I have attempted to resolve the issue by using a different version of the AOP, but the problem persists.

Encountering a corrupt configuration file is typically a clear indication of an issue. Have you copied the file from a different drive or created the instance from scratch? Have you utilized the offline match drive/synchronize feature to configure it? To resolve this, consider going offline, removing the drive, re-adding it, ensuring it matches offline, and then downloading the necessary program.

I appreciate your suggestion to toggle the unicast mode on and off again, and I can confirm that it has successfully resolved the issue. Thank you for your help with troubleshooting, it was extremely effective.
