Hello! I'm experiencing an issue while attempting to connect to my Modicon Quantum 534 controller online using ProWORX NXT. Every time I try to go online, the connection times out. I'm utilizing a TCP/IP connection, and my PC is located within the same subnet as the controller. I can successfully ping the controller’s IP address, and when I utilize ProWORX NXT's Net Scan feature, it detects that there is an Ethernet connection at that IP address. However, it fails to identify it as a Modicon controller. Interestingly, my PC can connect to another Modicon controller of the same model within the same subnet without any problems. Could anyone offer assistance in resolving this connectivity issue? Your expertise would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like you've done a great job troubleshooting so far! Have you checked the firmware version on both the problematic controller and the one that's connecting fine? Sometimes, compatibility issues can arise if they’re running different firmware; also, try ensuring that any firewalls on your PC or network are configured to allow access to that specific controller's IP.
