Troubleshooting String Tag Display Issue in FactoryTalk ViewPoint and SCADA

Question:

Hello everyone, I am currently experiencing difficulties with FactoryTalk ViewPoint. I have a string tag in my PLC that can be viewed in FTView SCADA without any issues. Please see the attached image FTVIEW SCADA.png for reference. However, when I try to view the same display in ViewPoint, the string is displayed as question marks. Please refer to the attached image Viewpoint.png. Changing the language from EN-US to any other language leads to further complications. I have tried using different versions of FTView ranging from 9 to 12, but the issue persists. Have any of you encountered and resolved this issue before?
