Why is the connection interface greyed out and only allowing the use of Teleservice instead of PN/IE options? I am trying to remotely access a PLC on the same network, but despite being able to ping the PLC, I am unable to establish a connection. I am using TIA Portal V17. Any suggestions or solutions to this issue?
