I recently visited a company utilizing NRX, but the processes they had in place were not very advanced, resulting in a less than impressive demo (which could have easily been outperformed by Excel). I have been working on implementing a guiXT interface to streamline commonly used screens in PM. Users are highly satisfied with the results, especially since they have been using SAP standard for 2 years. This improvement is a significant step forward for them. The development process is straightforward and manageable. While it is possible to create complex processes, focusing on simplifying screens by removing unused fields and combining transactions yields excellent results. As long as users are comfortable with the SAP blue standard screen, the interface seamlessly integrates within the SAP background.
